The Peruvian Gastronomy Fair, MISTURA 2011





The Peruvian Society of Gastronomy organizer Mistura noted that 2011 will be inaugurated on Thursday September 8 special guests, media and business participants wheels and will open its doors to the public in September Friday 9 to Sunday 18 at the Exposition Park.
They believe that those days will be visit by no less than 300 000 people ...! The management of this version of the show will be in charge of a committee formed by Mitsuharu Tsumura (Content Manager), Pedro Cordova (COO), Gaston Acurio (Manager of New Projects and International Relations) and Mariano Valderrama, president of Apega and monitor institutional issues. This committee will be strengthened in the month of August with the presence of Bernardo Roca Rey. It should be noted that the second meeting of the Advisory Council of the Basque International Culinary Center, headed by renowned Spanish chef Ferran Adria, will take place in Lima and will coincide with certain days of the fair. Besides Acurio, Ferran Adria and Rene Redzepi (Denmark), Yukio Hattori (Japan), Massimo Bottura (Italy), Michel Bras (France), Dan Barber (USA), Alex Atala (Brazil) and Heston Bluementhal (United Kingdom).
